How do Plurals, Possessives and Morons connect?

Alright, this time around I am busting on one of the largest errors that I see. I mean this is so grievous that it can be found without much searching. The thing is that normally I am not too conceren with orthography: spelling isn’t a large concern because it really doesn’t change much and is just the iconic representation of what one language has decided to use (e.g., color vs colour).  When I do take exception to orthography is when the semantics change because the semantics force has been altered.

If you didn’t understand what I just wrote–well, upgrade your skills. Does that mean I will wait for you to get a linguistics education?  Hell no.  It means look it up later–for now you will b e able to understand what I am talking about in the video. Unless you are a complete moron.

Speaking of morons: It is rather strange that the large number of morons who have only one language (monolinguals) are completely lost on the difference s that I talk about on the video.
